Bugger the menopause; let's live to feist another day.
Never Miss a New Post.
I live in Huntingdon, in Alconbury Weald, with Mr Young and a small white dog. I have three grown-up children, about whom I write a lot, and a granddaughter and grandson who are the most perfect human beings ever created. (Evolution has taken its time, but it's been worth it.) I was a journalist in the last century, and have written two novels which are currently available on Amazon; The Housewife's Guide to Homicide and Yesterday Upon The Stair, both of which are astonishingly good reads. Just ask Mr Young if you don't believe me.
In this darkly humorous novel, Eleanor's sanity and structured lifestyle unravel after a shocking accident kills her sister's family and she becomes the reluctant guardian of her eight-year-old niece. Abigail is smart, lively...and infuriating. She is also a ghost who refuses to leave.
